Step 1

There is an initial meeting where we establish where you currently are, where you want to be and the nature of the gap that exists. Step 2

In order for you to evaluate the impact of any potential solution on your business it is essential that you see some form of demonstration which is specific to you. All of our clients agree that this was the most important part of the process for them: it demonstrates capabilities and possibilities. From this demonstration you will be able to determine how we can work with you to develop the solution you want and also see some of the other possibilities that can be delivered using our product - iport. Step 3

Buying any IT solution is a risk – you already know that – and buying innovation can be even more of a risk. It is our job to take as much of the risk away as we can. To do this, we work with you to develop a Pilot System, focusing on the key areas you have helped us identify in your business: those with a definite, measurable positive outcome so that you can evaluate the success of the Pilot. In this way, you remain in complete control of the process end to end: it’s your solution – we are just the facilitators. This Pilot System does not need to run on your server/IT system either. Your IT people will have no additional workload – we will take care of that for you and manage the Pilot remotely so that you don’t have to buy any additional hardware or software. Your expenditure will be matched to your ROI at all times and therefore you can be assured that your budgets will be met and gains measured. Step 5

Should a commercial application result from the work that we have done with you we will enter into an agreement with you whereby we can both jointly exploit it.
